Q: Are your products new or reconditioned?
A: 95% of our products are new. If something is reconditioned, there will be an (R) to the right of the model number and will be noted in the product description. Our 30 DAYS WARRANTY will apply on all reconditioned items.
Q: How can we pay for our order?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Certified Checks and Money Orders. Sorry, no Personal Checks, Business Checks, BidPay, Squaretrade or Western Union are accepted. PayPal is coming soon.

Q: What is your warranty return policy?
A: See our Customer Services page for full details. IMPORTANT a Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.
Q: What about Sales Tax?
A: Our order form will apply a 7.25% Sales Tax to any order that is being shipped within the state of California. Except for Contra Costa County residents, the sales tax will be 8.25%, and city of Richmond sales tax will be 8.75%.
Q: What is the quantity available for a product?
A: Our supplier stock various quantities of merchandise; however we deal with fast moving merchandise and so quantities change daily. Our website will not show the current quantity available on each item. If you want to buy in quantities please call us at 510-235-2374 or email sale@skbargain.com.
Q: How will I be informed of product updates?
A: You must enter your email address to subscribe to our mailing list on our homepage to receive product updates.
Q: How quickly do you respond to email?
A: We will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours, however incoming email from the weekend may require up to 48 hours to be answered. If your email is in reference to a pending order, call us, we have been known to process orders and packages quicker than answering email.
Q: How long does it take to process & ship orders?
A: All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 10:00 a.m. PST will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday, will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend.
Q: What will it cost to ship?
A: We ship United Parcel Service (UPS) regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected. Your shipping methods and rates are displayed during your check out.
Q: How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
A: After our business day ends and your order have been processed you will receive your tracking number via email. You can use the UPS tracking number to track your order on our website or www.ups.com.
Q: What is the delivery time for orders?
A: Orders are shipped from California and our supplier in Florida. Delivery days are determined by UPS World Wide Shipping. Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location.
Q: Will you ship my order USPS?
A: Yes, all USPS order has to be process through the phone. We will ship via the US Postal Service within the United States and a $5.00 charge for handling fee for Postal orders. Your USPS tracking number will be send to you via email as soon as we have it.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: NO, we do not ship internationally. This is due to international credit card & Other Frauds.
Q: Can I use my own shipper number or someone elses shipping account number for shipping?
A: No, we cannot use another account's shipper number. This is due to the shipping frauds.
