Shipping Policy
 
Because of the great deals S & K BARGAIN offer, many of our products move out really fast. In addition, because many of our products are 'close-outs,'when they are out they are out permanently. We do update our site daily, but there is an inevitable delay in reflecting the fluctuations of quantities of product on hand-particularly since thousands of people visit our online store everyday. To avoid missing out on our featured items, we encourage you to act quickly. All products are subject to prior sale, and there may be limited quantities of products offered.
 
  • All items are new unless indicated otherwise in the item description 
  • All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt and then shipped via UPS Ground. Shipments are made Monday through Friday only. Confirmation of shipment and the UPS tracking number will be emailed to the email address on file as soon as that information is available. Delivery days are determined by UPS World Wide Shipping. Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping rates displayed are for the continental 48 states only.

Warranty and Returns
 
Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately. If the package appears damaged, please contact the UPS Claim Center at 1-800-PICK-UPS for assistance.
 
  • All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.
  • For new items, after 30 days our merchandise is guaranteed with the manufacturer's warranty only (if the manufacturer's warranty is longer than 30 days.)
  • No returns/exchanges/warranty through S & K BARGAIN after 30 days. No Exceptions!
  • We agree, at our option, to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period. A full refund, including original shipping costs, will be issued if we are unable to repair or replace the defective item.
  • Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
  • Warranty/RA number will be invalidated and a 20% restocking fee will apply if returned products are not in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
  • A 20% Restocking fee may apply on non-defective returns.
  • The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  • No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
  • IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our Return Authorization process.
  • To get an RA number, email us at return@skbargain.com. Please use "Return Authorization Request" in the subject line. RA's are valid for 14 days after issuance.
  • After you receive an RA number via email, this RA number MUST be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
  • Shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable, except as noted above.
Pricing Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received from our suppliers, S & K BARGAIN  shall have the right to refuse any orders for product listed at the incorrect price. S & K BARGAIN shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
 
California residents
Our order form will apply a 7.25% Sales Tax to any order that is being shipped within the state of California. Except for Contra Costa County residents, the sales tax will be 8.25%, and city of Richmond sales tax will be 8.75%.
 
New Law
As of January 1, 2005 California has a new law called the "Electronic Waste Recycling Fee" or "E-Waste Recycling Fee".  When you purchase any electronic device that contains cathode ray tubes, we must collect the fee from you.
 
How much is the fee?
The fee ranges from $6.00 to $10.00 per CED sale.  It is based upon the viewable size of the video display, measured diagonally.
 
Viewable screen size, measured diagonally Fee
Greater than 4 inches but less than 15 inches $6
Greater than or equal to 15 inches but less than 35 inches $8
Greater than or equal to 35 inches $10
 
We will itemize the fee amount on the purchaser's receipt and identify it as the electronic waste recycling fee or e-waste recycling fee. For More Infomation...
